I loved the 90s, the 80s too, but early 90s, maybe from 1987 was the best time to be alive, The Matrix was imo a love letter for that era with a more matured aesthetic. Wachowskis are awesome either way, but I heard for the first matrix they gave people autonomy as to do whatever they wanted. Still, its very late 90s, but it has the vibes. /rave
