When it comes to perception, like sensation specifically, remember that for the most part, the upper end of sensitivity and detection for me is like the lower end for most women. So as a dude, what I'm about to say is pretty much common knowledge to women.
Continuing on, and specific to the point, even if you showered after ejaculated, and thoroughly cleaned yourself, id still be able to smell it on you. To me, it basically smells like blood, but with mildew dirty clothes. It disgusting. And if you don't clean it off, the smell is super strong.
So that means, all you scum bags that jerk off at work, you walk around the rest of the day stinking like jizz. Or if you're a chronic masterbaitor you just always smell like jizz, and women know. I assume, because it's so common (in a group of men, someone pretty much always stinks like jizz) that they just accept its part of being male, but I would wager, they associated with undesirables.
