Sauce? Yes. Sauce. Sauce the pork so that it's covered evenly and make sure that you get all the nooks and crannies!
I used a knife to spread it around but off camera I ended up just using my hand (which you should of washed several times by now, 20 seconds each time!!) to get it completely covered.
