Plus a well insulated house is automatically a superior house for that alone.
One things for sure though OP's house will be better than the majority of shitty shabbily built Chinese plywood and dry wall homes that have a life expectancy of 5 years at best before they rot away or sag unless they get hit by a tornado or hurricane of course then it's even shorter.
