>>15133817Hey, I had to go out for something, sorry for the late reply.
>are there no consequences for skipping there?Well, usually, yeah, if you skip too many days, you automatically fail the entire grade. My school is lenient on at least that, though. It's been Ramadan this past month, so, people don't show up because of that, it didn't get put into the system if they were absent. Although I still had to go for the most of the month, because my parents still got messaged about it.
>I remember in school I could never skip class more than a handful of times or they'd have kicked me out.Ah, weird, you'd think the schools here would be even more mean than what you guys have over there, but I guess not so much.
>Do u skip often? In high school so far, I don't get to, because my parents get alerted about it if I'm absent, and that gets me into trouble that I can't bother with. Just been doing it a fair bit lately because they stopped sending messages for now, I'm guessing things are gonna go back to normal on Monday.
I used to skip a lot in middle school though. Especially in eight grade, I was absent like over half of the year. Even when I did go, I left early every time. It was really bad over there, so, I didn't really have a choice, anything was preferable to being in school at that point.
>what are ur grades like? plan to do anything once you're out of HS?Well, these last exams I had, they've gone downhill a bit, started getting more low marks. But, it's not really saying anything even if my grades so far were good before, it was pretty much only luck and the school giving me a pass, I think. Here, the most important thing is preparing and passing the university entrance exam that comes after graduating from high school, passing the grades themselves aren't really that big of a deal, although it does contribute. I also figure I'll do bad in that exam, it's pretty hard, so I've given up right now, pretty much. Too lazy. Word limit.
