What you need to do is not what anyone else needs to do. You have to figure out. And only you will know your kid. No therapist or friend or self help book is going to describe your son to you. And all of them are going to be more than eager to paint a picture of what reality is, but you must know they are not talking to you, but they're talking to themselves. People need to install what they want reality to be into you, and if you believe them it makes it real. But truth is their reality and your reality won't ever be the same. Some things may be similar or intersect, but it's far from an overlap.
