She mistakenly calculated the price of a pack of cigarettes. They usually sell individual cigarettes for around 20, but the maximum retail price for a cigarette in a pack is 17.5. I believe they round up the price when selling singles, so she used that rounded-up price to calculate the entire pack, charging me 200 instead of 175.
