>>9819046there's still some growth that happens immediately post-natal but for the most part yes. the thing is this is sometimes true and sometimes not, because the brain is really complicated and sometimes people DO somehow grow new brain cells if they are damaged, but this is infrequent and we have no idea how or why this happens, because for all we know it shouldn't be possible
