The best evidence for this would be an independent nation taking a photo of the Apollo artefacts e.g. flags, landers, footsteps, with a moon orbiter.
The best evidence we have today are
a. lunar rocks; although they may have been collected with a rover.
b. laser reflectors; although they also may have been left by a rover.

Most skeptics (of the intelligent kind) do not dispute that robotic missions to the moon have been very successful; they're are merely incredulous of human exploration due to the harmful effects of GCR.
