Part of my opinion on the enshittification of vidya is stuff like this
Why should I put that effort in if its just going to get me fired anyways
Layoffs crush morale hard, and bad morale makes everything worse
Its an art field, not some by rote PLCable factory job
Thus, the games get shit
But rather than have people notice on that and return tot he class war and executives, its easy to push the culture war and pretend something like sweet baby is really the issue
