>>8246576sorta. playing it in the first place means requires being at least a little familiar with dota and/or the steam workshop since it's a player made custom game mode. from there the ui is really really unintuitive and sloppy since it's kind of a patchwork creation of someone trying to jam a completely different genre into a moba game mode creator. the servers are also pretty patchy and might not be valve official.
by contrast since the league version is made by riot them self it's just another tab on the game mode screen and they got to change the UI and mechanics as much as they like to make what's going on clear. that's not to say it's perfect, it's still really overwhelming and difficult to understand initially unless you're already familiar with league characters/items and some stuff like the camera is kind of shoddy, but overall it's very obvious that the league version is an official game mode made by "real" developers while the dota one isn't
there's also more opinionated stuff like the difference in art styles which considering more people play league than dota seems like a plus for the league auto chess
