I have little experience with that but sounds to me like you might have troubles with your intestinal flora
though it would be best to first get rid of bad bacteria with antibiotics it isn't per se necessary
if you don't already I'd suggest perhaps trying out yoghurt (if the taste is problem you can always fo what I do and add fruit syrup in it, as the fruit yoghurt and frozen yoghurt you find at the store are sort of not in the same rank of good bacterial culture) kefir or kombucha
if it's weightloss you're all about try some supplements with chromium (minimal doses, in large quantities that thing is toxic, and if it has chromates and dichromates those are carcinogenic, chromites are just toxic in excess)
