So I followed him in my car around the block and memorized his number plate. I drove back to the shops and waited for the owners to come out of the store. I went up to them and said someone has scratched your car and I gave them the details. They were very grateful and thanked me.
Now the elderly couple can claim on their insurance from the nignog. He probably thought he was gonna get away with it, hehe.
