note i was 350lbs 5 years ago and have managed to get myself back under control to 190. it didn't take a massive push from the gym just eat a little better and keep moving, even if it's slow.
quarantine hasn't messed with me because i always cook, and don't belong to a gym just mostly go on long walk/jog (i look hilarious because i hate jogging) after work.
bottom line, quit eating shit and sitting on your ass, you can do it.
also fries on pizza sounds horrifying.
