here's an easy/powerful trick.
when you're going to sleep, repeat some desire about 40 times in the present tense.
"i do not smoke"
"i do not drink"
"i am healthy"
(these are basic, you can get super clever with them, but must be in the present tense)
the idea is to fall asleep while you are doing it, because whatever you are thinking about when you go to sleep will go into your subconscious and get run all night and you'll play it out the next day. avoid thinking about anger, fear, resentment, etc when going to sleep. this is trick is insanely powerful. takes about 1 week for basically any internal change to manifest.
