The reason is because:
- Anime portrays it as a wonderful country
- They're a country with huge imagination and creativity. They've invented most of the worlds video games, and created colorful universes such as Pokemon, Dragonball Z, One Piece, Naruto, etc
- They have the lowest crime statistics and are clean (no rubbish on the streets), polite, civil and non-violent
- They have amongst the highest expected life expectancy in the world due to diet
- They are around 5th highest average IQ in the world
- They are amongst the top in the world for business innovation and original ideas
- They preserve their culture and identity
- They have generally good morals
- Collectivist mentality and honor code, they will sacrifice themselves for the group
The things bad about Japan:
- Lack of individuality
- Sexual deviancy, prostitution, loli, perversion (selling used underwear), bukkake etc
- Drone/robotic live to work mentality - this has pros and cons
- Cold, introverted and can seem "fake" - honne and tatemae. Stick to their own
- High suicide rate, due to overwork and coldness towards each other
- Run off of strong carnal emotions as they have no spiritual connection to anything, e.g "Gambatte!~ work hard!"
- Too relaxed or uncaring about many things that they should be concerned about. I remember watching videos about the tsunami that hit Japan. People were literally just walking around as it was rapidly approaching. Their poor response to corona virus is another tell.
The pros outweigh the cons. The coldness of Japanese to foreigners ensures they will not intergrate with other races, which is great. We could all learn a thing or 2 from Japan.
