There's probably good advice in here but almost all advice has caveats and it's hard to tell which bits apply to you specifically. The wisdom you get is coming from somebody else's specific life; a different person and a different time. It may not apply to you or may not apply anymore or may be worse than other ideas you could take.
So about the only universal advice for success is to think. Think hard, think long, think often. Examine your life. What's working? What isn't working? What do you wish was different? How could it be different? How does the world work? Do you really understand it or are you repeating shibboleths? What's really true? Ask questions and don't be scared of the answers, even if the answers mean change, especially if a good answer means change. Move on your own initiative; not because your initiative will always be right, but simply because there is no other option.
The only other universally useful advice is to exercise consistently and often. That's not a matter of opinion, it's simple biomechanics, the human body is not adapted for a life of sloth, it never ever happened in our past and if you skip on exercise now your body will fail you. You don't have a mind and body, you have one big lump of meat and the health of each part affects all the other parts. Do cardio and strength work. Good health is the foundation of all other good things in your life.
