I serve it on salads (including macaroni or potato salads) and it even makes a decent sandwich meat. I prefer sausage or ham for pizza topping but 'roni keeps better so I usually have some in the fridge.
I buy imported 00 flour by the 50 pound bag and make a lot of pizzas here. It's quick to serve, you can throw all kinds of stuff on them, and it serves well cold or re-heated the next day.
Pepperoni, onion, and banana peppers was what I had on hand yesterday. Got leftovers enough to eat for lunch today here.
