Of course because she's a brilliant businesswoman she flipped it for an easy $4.4M (23%) profit. In one year. Now, here's where it's interesting. All of the other houses, for example the one right north of her, have a larger sq ft and more bd/bth yet, are only "valued" at half the price of what she sold hers for. Her original sales price isn't that out of line with the market there, but her sale price....well....I am curious as to who bought her house form her? Maybe a payoff for something she did?
