What is so appealing about the disorganized warband nonsense
Like every fight in warband I had to bear the weight of doing most of the work while everyone else just existed.
In medieval 2, generals get chewed up in town square if they arent infantry. Taking town square requires brute force, where as field battles can include you just solo cycle charging–this however isnt fun the same reason why basically soloing enemies in warband while being accompanied with bodyguard cavalry fodder is boring.
Witnessing brute strength of infantry vs infantry and then colliding cavalry against those preoccupied infantry to deal devastation on enemy units is so much fun
