You can probably tell that continuing your life with an unnatural sedentary lifestyle with video games and porn and drugs will kill you sooner or later.
Also remember this, in traditional America (probably Germany too), the saying was that "you never see a sad hobo". Hobo is homeless guy who wanders around, getting lots of exercise, not a care in the world mostly except animal needs like finding food.
Hobo is a very natural animal state. That's why you'd never see an unhappy one.
Nowadays most hobos are on hard drugs and unhappy at least a few hours a day.
OP, go for walks, get in touch with your body, and just shake up your brain chemistry with blood flow to your brain. That's literally why active people are happier.
Also think about practicing your camping skills and equipment, and your crafting skills, and your multi-day hiking/camping skills, and your survival skills, and winter camping in a snow fort and shit like that.
Maybe even think about money making skills like collecting cans or whatever you have over there lying around that is worth money.
But running sprints will be the best and fastest way to feel much much better, along with thinking about God sometimes and your humble lowly place in the universe.
Self worship/self importance leads to misery always.
