I dont need the headache of changing restaurants, getting docked pay, re certing, working my way up again, etc... when I can make more than enough now. Ive been around the block and done shit that would make bourdain blush. But like I said, Im happy where I am at. Not worth it getting caught banging a 35yo on the job... If I was gonna do it, I'd go for broke and hit the 20yo hostess who does gymnastics.
