>>19697046>[As Carmody orders the drinks, Sola can't help but let her eyes wander.]Across Carmody of course (several times), but then all over the bar. There are so many different types of alcohol on the shelves, so many different people hanging around: close conversations in covered corners; a couple up against the wall with their hands wandering; the balcony stays mostly empty. It's a cool Spaghetti Town night, and the flowing alcohol and neon lights are giving Sola need for a quick breath of fresh air.
She grabs her phone from her bra -- she didn't trust herself to bring a clutch -- and snaps a quick selfie... but she catches Carmody's eyes as she presses the button and she lowers her phone. Those beautiful brown windows to Carmody's soul... oh God it's tempting to choose that fourth option. But not this time; not right now, at least. Still, she can't help but smile, softly biting her lower lip.
"Yeah, balcony sounds nice. I don't know if we're meant to take the glasses out there but… what are they gonna do? Call the cops?"
Bubbly purple drink in hand, Sola pushes open the stiff glass doors and steps into the chill of the Cyberia air. Sola holds it open for Carmody (mostly to stare at her from behind… again), and the two move to a corner, where they can overlook the district.
