Back in 2009~2011 We all use to joke about SJW on tumblr. And how in the future there were 700 different genders and soon the would normalize pedophilia. That women would destroy your life with rape claims for fun. And that it would be normal men to have other men fuck their wives because it was the new trendy thing to do.
None of us are laughing because its so impossible, but because it is happening now. The multiple genders angle was a furious joke and now they teach college courses about it and force diversity training on grown professionals on how to deal with peoples pronouns.
Most of this stuff wasn't even in the common psych until 10~7 years ago. Just think about that!
If in 2006 you came out to your family, teacher, friend whatever as a she and required everyone they/them. And if people didn't refer to you as "them" you threw a temper tantrum.
