>>9587893Ive been in that alley as a delivery man. I used to deliver to the bars on that street years ago. It was always sketchy because I was usually there at night and there would always be multiple crackhead trying to talk to me and I would sometimes be carrying delivery money. If I remember correctly that back door to the Aquarium bar (under anon's window) was usually unlocked but you had to yank it. It leads to a back passageway and there is another locked door in order to get to the actual bar. I imagine crackheads would hide and sleep in there. I would be suprised if its not locked at this point though.
