But I went and checked the page source
did a cntl+F search for JPEG
Found the better quality picture
Its definitely a hand over the mouth with three fingers.
That being said still seems retarded to make something out of it but it is strange there is a guy with a hand that is not his own over his mouth in the background nonetheless.
