It is outrageous for a person to claim, IMO, "Humans cant alloy metal in this way." Iterative engineering is well developed enough that a mundane process like alloying can always be solved given time and money. If there is some exotic alloy that most people don't know about, it was probably because there were a dozen PhDs working on a private grant for five years and they didn't publically publish their private research. Exotic alloys can NEVER be evidence of alien technology when the alloy is made of well known elemental metals. If the "aliens" have these weird metals that no one else has, it's probably because no one else coughed up a huge grant to research "How can we shove a tiny, cordlessly rechargeable battery up someone's ass so that we can electroshock them with it?"
