https://design.tutsplus.com/series/human-anatomy-fundamentals--cms-724took about 6 months for me and even then Id still say Im a beginner desu I still have to learn to control my hand for inking and Im stumped a bit on clothes/hair so Ive been procasanting that and of course theres learning color and different tools but take it one thing at a time or you will just get overwhelmed
its very hard and discouraging at first but so long as you keep doing it you will get better and it will start becoming enjoyable( its painful to start), I have reached a point where Im a little comfortable sharing
