There's this weird itch I'm having every time I read your posts. Tells me you deserve nothing but the best for your support and that's exactly what I wish for you.
I told you I'd read the word and that's exactly what I'm doing. It's a slow ride, bear with me but I'm willing to parse the old scriptures on the lookout for the truth they contain.

While the concept of prayer and the power of His Word still eludes me, I believe I'm getting closer. Especially prayer for self seems to be a concept I can't grasp.
I usually had a 'want smth, get smth' attitude. Which seemed to work fine, until you come across an obstacle you can't overcome by yourself. On the other hand, prayer for others comes rather naturally.
