Best way to cook a hot dog is to cut the fat trimmings of your kebab meat after a smokey charcoal cookout from pork or beef and put it as a topping for your hot dog, my preference is a Johnsonville cheddar filled brat topped off with fresh bacon, fat trim, diced onions, a tiny bit of bbq sauce, ketchup & mustard if that’s your thing. You’re using fresh ingredients and it’s not hard to make.. apartment fags can use cheap small portable charcoal grills using very little coal. I only had a regular bun but a brioche is preferable.
