One more thought. An aussie in thread in recent weeks made a strange remark when someone mentioned (((them))) finally pulling off a fake alien invasion.

His further comment was eerie. It made me think he was rogue 5EYES, snickering.
If you archive /pol/ for firesign...in the past month or so it's been mentioned a number of times as 'wtfs?'.
