>>9915843yeah, i think it helps. it's a disincentive. the less convenient it is for people to loiter outside, the less people will do it. most normbots will refuse to even step outside of a paved path because they don't want to get dirt on their shoes, i doubt they'll suddenly decide to sit on random concrete blocks or on the grass. or to just stand around upright in one spot and talk for any extended period of time.
the other day i saw some bitch "walking her dogs". she just let them off the leash to run around while she was yapping on her phone on a bench. it's been two weeks of quarantine at that point and she just goes from sitting on her couch to sitting on a bench. don't underestimate how lazy people are or how much they dislike being inconvenienced.
