Either way they're stretching too much. Top them and move the light down.
>>739481If you're really careful you can get some good bud from pure CFL lights. The trick is though to have lots of bulbs and keep them as close to the plant as possible, also you need a different wavelength for flowering.
I don't smoke or grow anymore but I grew White Widow #5(bagseed from white widow, was just a guess that it was #5) with CFLs in a little white box. It was super high quality as well, strongest weed I ever smoked and I smoked everything from Northern Lights to Blue Domina to White widow/rhino.
