>>15537675All you need in your diet is saturated fats. Always eat what the government and NGOs like the American Heart Association tell you not to eat. Introduce into your diet butter (organic and preferably grass fed), coconut oil (not in a plastic jar), milk/yogurt/kefir, dark chocolate, beef, etc. and you will see improvements in your health almost immediately. Still eat fruits and veggies of course but saturated fats are good for you despite the "experts" telling you not to eat them.
