it feels like my parents just want to isolate themselves and be left alone, but they don't seem to understand they live on the edge of a ghetto with zero privacy, and the only way to have real security is to be on good terms with everyone around
they spend money making the house look nice & everything, while also calling noise complaints & stuff like that
i just worry someone around here might get pissed off and try something, or that my parents might get pissed off
i've already had to talk my mom out of getting into some petty legal dispute she couldn't afford
we've had things stolen, they don't seem to get it, they just keep making themselves stick out even more
