But the advice I received that helped me the very most was from a very, very wise friend. Before he went ahead he consoled me (since I was already grieving deeply) with these words:
"This isn't the end of all forms. It's just the end of this form."
So don't be afraid, OP. Live so you don't have regrets, but don't be afraid. You are having the very most perfect life for you. And when it's time for you too to go ahead, you'll be able to feel sadness at the ending of this form but also look ahead and feel the infinite love of...everything.
