GT is a good "alternate ending" type thing that you can watch at any point for some good closure to a series that is otherwise going to continue until we die. The finale is too perfect to avoid watching.
Super is still fun though and the only REALLY bad parts are the first two arcs. It finds it's footing with the Universe 6 Saga and I still recommend it to people who finish Z as long as they know the first 30 or so episodes are a slog.
