1) accessible. callers must not have to make an account anywhere but they must also be screened. I want fair good discussion, which is possible on the battlefield. This does NOT disclude shitposting/schizoposting. I think most people can appreciate the difference between fun shit/schizoposting and the type of discourse brought by people who post wojaks.
2) timely [scheduled]. it has to happen after the fishies are sleep. this limits it to 4-10 am est. which is bad, because everyone else goes to bed then too. but IF the intent is to have it basically be the Minutes of Fishtank THEN it ends up being irrelevant.
3) What is 3? Tell me.
