>>22396653cardio. i do recumbent bike and elliptical, swap each time, and i'm doing pullups and chinups after. trying to do a bit more each time and it's working so far. i go earlier on weight day because my mom goes to bed like a normal person, we spot each other, i'm helping her do bench press, she does the same and watches over me while i squat. i had a really good workout yesterday, i'm making good progress. i'll post a pic in /cbt/ and link to it here in the next few days. sorry to ramble but i wish i could tell you everything. i'd go on and on if i thought it wouldn't bother you.
you go to the gym too i believe, what kind of workout do you do? i'd love to help any way i could, fitness has been a big part of my life in the past, and it's back being that and becoming bigger. i used to wrestle! think you knew that already. but it had a big effect on me.
