The day of the smoke, supposedly a barrel fire from homeless camp under bridge, was the ONLY day it was sunny in DC

So, the rehearsal was done over multiple days, with he actual "inauguration" done on a cold gloomy cloudy day
If you watched any of the inauguration film they produced, it showed almost entirely sunny skies, from when "biden" walked up the stairs and said
>salute the marinesrepeating what the person in his earpiece told him rather than actually saluting the marines
Also pretty much every angle, camera, and piece of video of the inauguration from the platform was sunny skies (day of the barrel fire) not actually inauguration day.
Also there were a few people who had different color belts and shoes at different points in the inauguration "film" they produced because these clips were cut out of multiple days of rehearsal and clipped into a film. I believe it was Jill and Hilldawg both that had slip-ups in their attire.
