It's sexual dimorphism in action.
Men have balls, broader shoulders, less hair on their head etc. Only few girls have broad shoulders. Some men outliers have enormously broad shoulders.
Women have wide hips, a small, rounded chin, their eyes are shallower, bigger in proportion and stand wider apart.
Some outlier females will have this bug eye look which is still a strong female feature, whether you like it or not, similar to broad shoulders in men.
