>>10902433Landlord here... it'll take two months to evict from the beginning to physically having a sheriff kick her out. You can sue, however, you will not get your money. It's still worth it though, because 1) it'll go on all three of her credit reports so she won't be able to rent anywhere for the next seven to ten years 2) it'll ruin her credit 3) contact your lawyer every once in a while, he'll find out where she's employed and maybe you can garnish her wages. Speaking from experience, when employers are contacted by a lawyer with a court judgement they'll often times find a way to fire the employee. It'll make getting your money next to impossible, but it'll put the ever loving grief into her life ten fold what she did to you.
Note to all people who think they can skip rent: Don't do it. It's not worth it. The momentary housing you'll get won't even compare to the misery you'll have to live with for god knows how long.
