One of the biggest problem is the bump limit since this board became way to fast. You cant write or create good stuff/posts because the thread, even if you join early, will be in the archive soon after you finished doing your work.
Same goes for digging jobs.
Raising the bump limit and allowing to announce rule violations / sages would help. I bet a fucking faggots on here dont even know what "sage" means but theoretically you arent allowed to talk about it.
Also we need more real /pol/acks to go for janitor/mod positions. We are getting subverted by fucking faggots from other boards/sites.
It might hurt your feelings but most of the deeper digging stuff that is getting posted here does come from other chans.
We need to change some things to make this board here better.
