Addendum to my post
>>3208271I did a lot of volunteering to help homless people because I wanted to be a "part of the solution". What I learned from that is few homeless people are good folks who need some help.
Most homeless people fall into these categories:
1) Felons, mostly violent felons. They belong in prison, not on the streets or in a regular neighborhood.
2) Mentally ill people. They belong in a mental hospital either for life or until they get better, if possible, not on the streets or in a regular neighborhood.
3) Shitty people who are neither criminals or mental patients, they're just dirtbags with toxic personalities who became homeless because they make selfish, shitty life decisions and take advantage of other people.
I feel bad for the few decent homeless who really want to turn their lives around because of the three aforementioned categories of homeless people.
