They have killed so many innocent beings and non human ETs to get this technology, they have shot so many out of the sky to harvest this tech they are a universal evil to all beings. If they gave zero point energy to the common scientist it would eliminate war, facilitate peace on earth in a golden age of medicine, hundreds of years of medicine and riches beyond your wildest dreams.
