The thing with burr is that he's a paper tiger. As long as you threaten to hit burt you jimmr/jon should be fine.
But I'd say that burt and tai are the only people consistently funny off the top of my head
Of course, being funny is only one part of the show, and Burt's presence prevents anything deep from happenings
