If you have not already achieved all of the below, you have no business talking about politics or complaining about leftists.
1. No alcoholism. Alcohol should only be consumed in moderation, if at all. Drunkenness, or consuming more than ~2 drinks should be very very seldom if at all.
2. Don’t smoke. Ever.
3. Exercise. You should be physically active at a minimum 3 times a week. Ideally more than that, with a combination of cardio and health training.
4. Eat healthily. A balanced diet free from fast food, onions, minimizing dairy, and eating all the nutrients required while not overeating
5. (This should be a result of the next two): Do not be overweight. There is no excuse to be overweight. Skinny fat is also not acceptable.
