Heavy tea drinker here, premium leaf only. Have some friends in muttland thus travelled to America years ago, descent tea shops are not available to general public, only tea bags and all of them are imported.
Finally found a boutique tea shop sourcing tea leaves from Taiwan and China mainland, bought some Black Tea, Earl Grey, Tieguanyin, Silver Needle, Dragon Tears and some common Jasmine Tea for daily sip. I can visibly feel my American friends become anxious while I was buying all these. Back home I brewed some Dragon Tears which my friend said she never saw and tasted anything like it, ended up quite happy.
Question: Is US Government to this day still deliberately withholding the information about tea to prevent the general public find out this civilised, healthy drink?
