Even if you avoid paying rent, houses are so expensive most people will only afford them with 35-40, because real inflation (+7% per year) has murdered the real wage, and the only way to fix that would be to bring down the whole financial-economic system.
The solution is to cut the losses, and live with your parents even when you're married, like in the old days. Sorry, but the Jews have taken the good life from you.
