Vaccines teach your body to develop a violent allergic reaction to a foreign agent. This allergic reaction is NOT caused by the virus/bacteria itself (which is only present in small doses) but rather by an adjuvant(s). This adjuvant is usually a heavy metal.
Thus, your body begins developing immune responses to many things beyond the virus itself. It also will develop an allergic reaction to foods consumed at that same time (thus, the peanut, dairy, egg, and wheat allergies that are now ubiquitous).
However, I think that the damage that the heavy metals do to your glands and nervous system are their single biggest point of attack.
